ENDSHEET CRASHES ON STARTUP OR INDEX

If Endsheet is crashing or won't index any pages it's probably down to one (or both) of these issues:

ISSUE 1

It may be the settings on your firewall. Please read this excellent mozillaZine article on configuring various popular firewalls for applications such as Endsheet.

ISSUE 2

If you only have the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 Redistributable installed you may need to install the .NET Framework Version 2.0 Redistributable alongside.

There appears to be backwards compatibility problems with the .NET Framework on some PCs.
