Do you think we can have APIs so we can link and conversate directly from our website and mobile apps?

We're now at a point where the API has to be complete before it can be added to further. So even though there doesn't seem to be much going on, behind the scenes there's a lot going on.

I'm aiming to have the API finished in around a month.

i was playing around with the api and i can't get the "start" parameter to work correctly with the getSay method. if i set start to 0 (zero) the first 5 records are returned as they should be, if i set it to any other value; 10,20 etc... all i get is;

{"says":{"stat":"ok"}}

my json request is as follows;

http://howwl.com/api/getSay/?api_token=MYAPITOKENGOESHERE&format=json&limit=5&start=1

please show me why i'm silly

Getting this done proves you're serious. And the auth methods should be painless, as it was with the original Twitter API. Be sensible and don't go down the OAuth road.
