Terms of Service

The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and Tri-State Consultants. By accessing, browsing and/or using Tipue or any of its services or products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Tipue or its services or products. Tipue may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed.

You agree that Tri-State Consultants may revise these terms at any time without notice, and any such revisions will supersede any prior agreements between you and Tri-State Consultants.

Content, services, or products provided by Tri-State Consultants may be changed, updated or removed without notice.

You agree that Tri-State Consultants in its sole discretion, may terminate your use of Tipue and any of its services, and/or remove and delete any content on Tipue, for any reason, without limitation. You agree that any termination of your access to Tipue under any provision of these terms may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that Tri-State Consultants may immediately bar any further access to Tipue or any service provided by Tipue. Furthermore, you agree that Tri-State Consultants shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to Tipue or any service provided by Tipue.

Sites or apps using the services provided on Tipue must not include:

Content you do not own or have the legal right to use, access or aggregate. Overtly pornographic, violent, obscene or otherwise objectionable content. Content that includes racial intolerance, prejudice towards or advocacy against any individual or group. Content that infringes the legal rights of others, such as material that is defamatory or includes copyrighted content without permission. Content that contains spyware, adware, or other malicious programs or code. Content that promotes or sells alcohol, tobacco, gambling, firearms, weapons, ammunition, hacking, surveillance or interception equipment, or unlicensed, counterfeit or prescription drugs. Any other content that is illegal or promotes or allows illegal activity.

This service (Tipue) is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis only. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tri-State Consultants expressly disclaims all warranties, conditions and other terms of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied term of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Tri-State Consultants makes no warranty or representation that the service will meet your requirements, nor that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that Tri-State Consultants shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if Tri-State Consultants has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use of the service.
